We held our second congregational meeting on September 14, 2024 in the Fellowship Hall of the church. At that meeting, we shared results form our recent Congregational Survey and held discussions around lining together in a growingly diverse church setting. We want to thank all who attended and those whose hard work helped to make the meeting happen.
Our next step is discussion of church policies around the issues of same-sex marriage services and our willingness to receive homosexual clergy in the future. This discussion will be held in our Administrative Council Meeting scheduled for September 30. Following that meeting, our policies will be announced to the congregation in our worship services and in a congregational letter.
